It’s easy to exchange/return with Equidry. You do not need to contact us. Simply click the link below and follow the instructions. Use the returns form to ensure we have all the details we need. Soon as we receive your return we will always aim to process with a few days.

To ensure you order the correct size please use our Size Guide and Size Gallery on our website. Links to both are below. If you are still unsure you are welcome to submit a ticket and we will get back to you.

If in the unfortunate event there is a fault with your EQUIDRY please email us at faults@equidry.co.uk
If you are looking to stock EQUIDRY, please email trade@equidry.co.uk for further details.
If you parcel has not arrived within a few days of your delivery notification (from DPD or Parcelforce) please email missing@equidry.co.uk with your full order details.
We do not currently offer any form of Blue Light or Student discount codes.
