United Kingdom Delivery 

Priority delivery takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, Standard 3 to 5 business days (exc bank holidays). All UK delivery are tracked via DPD. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands follow the same timeframe stated above dependant on service.


Deliver to Shop / Store Pick-up (mainland GB only)

Our deliver to shop option allows you to get your parcel delivered to your nearest applicable convenience store or post office (find your nearest locations at checkout). 


International Delivery

Europe: Orders under 150€ will pass through the IOSS scheme (Import one stop shop) This means all taxes and duties will be included in the final price paid at checkout. For orders above 150€, all taxes and duties are paid for solely by the customer at the point of entry - please check your local taxes and custom fees for exact expected fees. 

United States: Due to the De Miminis threshold being removed, all orders entering the US will now be subject to increased custom chargers for which the customer is responsible for paying upon entry to the US. For exact expected chargers please check with local customs.    

Rest of world: When purchasing from outside of the UK, the customer is solely responsible for paying any taxes & customs (Excluding EU under 150€) upon entry to their country of delivery. For return responsibilities and information please read our return policy

Customer Responsibility for Order Information

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, including your email address, phone number, and full delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details being provided. Any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.


Missing Parcels

Parcels must be reported missing within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please contact support@equidry - include your order number and supporting evidence (if applicable).


    Order Processing

    Outside of peak trading times (October - January) we aim to process your order within 2 working days, this should be calculated in addition to the actual delivery window stated. Within peak trading times, this number can increase to 2-4 working days.


    Editing Orders

    Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been processed. Please be aware that during busy periods delivery times may take a little longer. All of the services we use are fully tracked. You will receive an email / text from the courier when your order has been dispatched and you will receive notifications with updates on the status of your delivery.


    Free Gifts 

    Any free gifts sent out during promotions must also be returned if a full refund is requested. If the free gift is not returned the customer will be charged the full price of the free gift received, plus an administration fee of 10% of the EQUIDRY unit price. At no point will EQUIDRY cover any postage fees
