How To Wash
Step 1: Clean When Needed
- Your EQUIDRY garment is machine washable at up to 30°C.
- To help maintain its waterproof performance, only wash when necessary.
- For everyday cleaning, wipe down with a damp cloth or hose off mud and dirt.
- Grease-based marks can be spot cleaned using a small amount of washing-up liquid.
Step 2: Wash Correctly
- Use a specialist waterproof garment cleaner, such as Grangers Performance Wash.
- Wash on a 30°C cycle.
- Do not use fabric conditioner.
Step 3: Reproof the Garment
- Reproof every few months, or whenever water stops beading on the outer fabric.
- Before reproofing, remove any dirt and lightly dampen the garment.
- Apply a waterproof reproofing treatment, such as Grangers Performance Repel, following the product instructions.
Step 4: Dry Thoroughly
- Allow the garment to dry completely in a warm, well-ventilated room.
- Alternatively, tumble dry on a low heat setting, checking the garment regularly to avoid overheating.

Step 2: Wash Correctly
- Machine wash on a cold or 30°C cycle.
- For best results, use a technical garment wash.
- Avoid using fabric conditioner, as this can affect the performance of the fabric.
Step 3: Maintain Fabric Performance
- To help maintain the garment's water and stain-resistant finish, we recommend using a treatment such as Grangers Wash + Repel every 3–5 washes.
Step 4: Dry Naturally
- Allow the garment to air dry naturally after washing.
- If required, cool iron on the reverse side.

How To Wash
Step 1: Prepare for Washing
- Turn your socks or gloves inside out before washing.
Step 2: Wash Correctly
- Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or below.
- Use a mild detergent suitable for technical fabrics.
Step 3: Protect the Waterproof Membrane
- Avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners, as these can damage the waterproof membrane and reduce breathability.
Step 4: Dry Naturally
- Allow your socks or gloves to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure they are completely dry before storing or wearing again.

WHY IS MY ZIPPER NOT WORKING?
Your item must be in clean condition prior to sending the item back to us, we have the right to reject any items that are not in clean suitable condition to be handled in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1972, this includes wet, dirty or unsanitary products.
For us to service your claim, your item must be free from excess mud and dirt and in a clean suitable condition to be handled before it arrives, failure to be comply with the requirement will your coat being sent back to you without assessment.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item at their cost, this includes the liability of there parcel successfully reaching us. To start a return please read the information above carefully.
