How can I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and visit the “My Rewards” section to view your current points balance.
Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account. If they don’t show after this period, please contact customer services with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I redeem my points?
Points are earned automatically with each purchase, but to redeem them, you must choose a gift card with the equivalent amount. To do so, select “How to spend points” and choose from a £5/10/25/50 EQUIDRY Gift Card or a Hi Vis Vest. At checkout, you’ll be given the option to apply the gift card code toward your total.
Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Be sure to check your account for specific expiration details.
Do I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Yes, you can still earn points on sale items unless otherwise specified.
Can I combine rewards points with other discounts or promo codes?
In most cases, yes, but some exclusions may apply during certain promotions or sales.
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
No, points are not earned when buying gift cards. However, when a gift card is used for a purchase, the person redeeming it will earn points.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There’s no limit to how many points you can earn, but promotions may cap the bonus points per transaction.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and are only valid for use on the account in which they were earned.
What should I do if I think I’m missing points?
Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account. If they don’t show after this period, please contact customer services with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.
How does the Referral Program work?
When you refer a friend using your unique referral link, they’ll get £5 off their first purchase. Once they complete their order, you’ll receive a £5 Gift Card to use towards your next purchase.
Where can I find my referral link or code?
You can find your unique referral link by logging into your account and visiting your profile. Simply copy the link and share it with friends via email, social media, or text.
When will I receive my reward?
30 days after your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link, you will receive an email with your 100 points.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Absolutely! You can refer as many friends as you like, and you’ll receive 100 points each time someone makes a purchase using your referral. It’s unlimited!
Is the referral discount transferable?
Referral discounts are non-transferable and are linked to the account that referred the friend. You cannot give your earned discounts to someone else.
Does the discount expire?
Yes, the discount earned through referring a friend will expire a year after it’s issued.
What if my friend forgets to use my referral link?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply the referral reward retroactively. Ensure your friends use your referral link during checkout on their first purchase to receive the discount.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If your friend cancels or returns their first order, your referral reward will be voided, since the purchase did not go through.
