COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Entries close midnight Sunday 26th April 2026, all valid entries must be received before this time. Entries exclude employees and their immediate families, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- UK entrant’s participation is by purchasing either a Nimbus or Varsha jacket online via EQUIDRY’s official website (www.equidry.co.uk), using code BADMINTON. If the winner returns the jacket within the 30-day return period without purchasing another (e.g., different size), they will need to pay EQUIDRY for the cost of the prize ticket.
- Multiple entries are allowed, and each individual one will be counted as a separate entry. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
- There is 1x prize available, consisting of: 1x car pass (2x admissions) to Badminton Horse Trials for Saturday 9th May and Sunday 10th May ONLY. The chosen winner will be able to take someone with them, however, both the winner and their chosen attendee must attend in the same vehicle.
- The prize consists of the above only. There are no cash alternatives, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
- Entrant’s participation is via purchase of a Nimbus or Varsha jacket from EQUIDRY’s official website only. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
- Winners will be selected by means of a random draw at 10am BST on Monday 27th April 2026 and will be notified on the same day of the draw date via the email they have used for their order.
- The Promoter will only ever contact you via the Promoters marketing email (marketing@equidry.co.uk). Please be aware of scammers and/or phishing accounts and note that the Promoter will not be held liable for instances of any loss where third parties have imitated, impersonated or represented themselves as the Promoter and/or otherwise connected to the promotion and Promoter.
- Prizes will be sent out within 5 days, following receipt of the winner’s details (full name and address). Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within two days of the first message from the Promoter will forfeit their prize.
- EQUIDRY will process any personal data for the purpose of the competition only.
- Entry to this promotion will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions and entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.

- This promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the promotion submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
